FAQ

What is included in my office rent?

Items included are office furniture, telephone answering service, reception services, meeting room hire, mail and courier receipt and despatch, office cleaning, and free parking.  We will provide you with 24/7 access, with an after-hours key code entry, in-house security system and security patrols. Your business will be promoted in the BREED Business Centre web site.

What are your lease terms?

Leases can be arranged to suit your needs; Occupancy is on a flexible ‘licensed’ basis that has been developed to provide an easy in easy out situation. This reduces any legal fees and the risk of being locked into a long term lease.

What are the initial setup costs that I will incur?

There is a one-off non-refundable establishment fee for tenants, payable prior to occupation of the licensed area of $520.00 which covers the cost of security, IT&T, programming, and signage.

What are the advantages of leasing a serviced office in the Business Centre?

Low start-up costs, flexible leases, low monthly overheads.

How are my telephone calls handled and how do I receive my messages?

Your calls are professionally answered in your company name. Your messages will be transferred and an email sent advising of the details of your call.

Do you have meeting, training and conference facilities?
Yes we have free meeting and conference rooms (subject to availability).  Our meeting facilities include: a Board Room that can seat 8-10 people, a large conference room that can seat up to 30 in various configurations, and a small meeting room that can seat up to 6 people.  Audio visual equipment can be provided.

Do you provide support services?

Yes. We offer a comprehensive range of administration, secretarial, reception and IT support services on a daily basis including word processing, spread-sheeting, MYOB/Bookkeeping, document binding, and laminating as an extra service.

How many people can your offices accommodate?

Each office varies in size. We have offices that can accommodate from 1-4 persons.

What is a Virtual Office?

A virtual office has the address of an office and the telephone numbers of an office but there is no actual office for you to sit in. Virtual tenants only use the telecommunications of the centre and still receive benefits of a traditional office, but at a fraction of the cost of renting physical office space. A dedicated receptionist will answer your calls promptly in your company name; you will have a business address for your business cards, letterhead and promotional material.

What access and security is available in the building?

We will provide you with 24/7 access, with an after-hours key code entry, in-house security system and security patrols as well as video surveillance cameras located throughout the building.

Is public transport accessible from your area?

There is easy access to public transport, including direct bus and rail services to Quakers Hill.
